Som nævnt i Tidsskrift for Biavl nr. 4 og 5 2023 afvikler Danmarks Biavlerforening og Dronningeavlerforeningen sammen et forløb, der skal skabe mere interesse for dronningeavl. I forbindelse med dette afholdes introduktionskurser rundt om i landet.
Kurset er et dagskursus fra kl. 10-16. Kurset vil fokusere på produktion af dronninger. Der vil være en teoretisk indføring, herunder om forskellen på avl og produktion af dronninger. Desuden en praktisk del, hvor deltagerne vil prøve at omlarve, bygge en trykkoger og se hvordan en cellebygger laves.
